Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from the selection of the appropriate job posting channels and conducting screening calls to the organization of further interviews, offer calls and contract preparation

Be innovative to develop, fine-tune and execute results-driven, scalable sourcing strategies to attract and win candidates
Build trust and strong relationships with your hiring managers and act as a key partner to them
Be dedicated to the continuous improvement of our processes across the entire hiring lifecycle
Participate in various initiatives in the areas of Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Interview Training, D&I, ...
You have successfully completed your studies and have an intrinsic passion for technologies, innovation and agile methodologies
You are not scared of numbers and have a very analytical approach to recruiting
You have experience with fast-paced and high-volume Tech Recruiting and have a start-up background
You are an excellent communicator, building trust and managing effectively your stakeholders' relationships
You have a quick and effective thought process to get things done
You are extremely responsible, work in a structured way and are able to shift priorities and adjust strategies to rapidly adapt to changes in the initial plan
You deeply care about the candidate experience
